Great little local boozer, Called in last Saturday night on our way to station. Made very welcome, barman was friendly and polite Drinks well priced and plenty of choice of shots - Will definitely visit more often

Visiting Chester for work. Best pub in Chester by far. Great pool, Great Darts, great locals, great atmosphere. Fine dining. Great library. Good value for money. Would strongly recommend .

Attended a wedding here fab venue. Bar prices quite high. Good staff. Lovely location. Great old style pub, good price point. Fab staff and brilliant locals. In an age of "trendy" bars... this pub has maintained its real values.
