Friendly staff and always welcoming especially with the way they ask you for your opinion before they cut anything. Really child friendly and nice to see them offering a soft drink and I'm happy with my haircut and service and they have a loyalty card scheme which is good.

First time taking my 11 yr old (with autism), the staff were friendly when we entered and sat down. My son's barber was fantastic, he took his time and explained what he was going to do next, talked about gaming to relax him and the whole experience was extremely positive...I'd definitely recommend J J's Barbershop and we won't be going anywhere else now.

My first time using JJ's Barbers at Westminster Park shops. Very pleased with the cut. Don't know the name of the person cutting, but he took time to find out the style I wanted, and took plenty of time to do a good job.
