My daughter had dropped her phone and needed a new screen. The young man in the Phone Shop was extremely polite and efficient, and could not have been more helpful. He explained our options, ordered the part needed, and successfully repaired the phone very quickly. He also kept us informed throughout. Great customer service !

I had a problem with my iPhone 14 Pro last week where it would not charge or turn on. I wanted to use the phone shop as the reviews were good, they did not disappoint. Nice guy who fixed my phone for me in about 5 mins. Really appreciate it mate, would definitely recommend and use you again

Took my iPhone in for a new screen today. The guy had it ready in half an hour. All done and no problems. He fitted a new screen protector and I also bought a new phone cover. Very friendly guy and a great service. Would highly recommend and I will go back if I have any other issues in the future.
