Fantastic pub with great local characters and a cracking landlord and landlady. Sunday roast is just like your mums with proper gravy and always piping hot ! oh and a good pint of fosters!

What a lovely local! Came in new to the area cheep beer cold as you like lovely staff! So much better than the red lion That place is possibly the worst pub I’ve ever been in strongly advise to stay well clear …

Had a couple of pints of Proper Cracker, one of the festive real ales, very smooth and tasty. A really good, friendly crowd in there and they showed premier football matches. Great to see Man City getting beat lol!
