Lovely place! Marion was really welcoming and helpful and all the little touches were much appreciated. The room is in the perfect location, in the heart of Chester but not too busy, with a great little pub on the doorstep. The room itself was cosy and stylish with plenty of room, like a small suite, it had a fridge and bar area with seating and then the comfiest bed, we will definitely be back!

Lovely welcoming owners! Nice size room and surprisingly quiet for location. Nice touches, ice freezer and extra tea/coffee, as well as proper glasses! Complimentary chocs in room. Make up flannel provided which was a nice touch and probably saves ruining white towels!

Lovely hotel, cannot fault Marion at all. She was very helpful and really went above and beyond. We didnt have to ask for anything at all, she thought of everything! Had a lovely stay at the hotel, we will be staying again in the future! Thank you for the restaurant recommendation too - I had a lovely meal for my birthday!
