I just went to check for a quote as my backpack had quite a bad hole on it and was wondering what kind of prices and time would I have to deal with...But the friendly fella in there told me not to worry and for a just little bit of money I had my backpack ready in just 20 minutes! What a nice and wonderful professional. Honestly looks even more strong now than before the hole hahaha
